However, some programs accept mature students 19 years or older on the first day of class without secondary school graduation. Each program has specific admission requirements in place to ensure students have a reasonable opportunity to succeed. The Human Resource Management major may not be combined with an Organizational Studies minor, unless four additional upper-level elective courses see list below are taken which are not included in the minor. This section specifies only the requirements for the Human Resource Management major, which may be completed in the BBA degree.

Four upper-level business electives for the Human Resource Management major must be chosen from the following list. The global economy and the global integration of business practices will be a continuing reality in the future. The program is also designed to allow students the flexibility to pursue business topics related to their own areas of interest and specialization within an international context.

Graduates of the program will be well-positioned to pursue international business opportunities in the Fraser Valley and beyond. Students choosing to complete a double major in International Business and another BBA major must do an additional three upper-level business courses not mandatory in either major.
